Yes! Tribal Bracket is completely free to play. We are fans of Survivor just like you and built this for the community.

Question 2

Which seasons are supported?

Accepted Answer

We support the current airing season of Survivor. New seasons are added as they are announced by CBS.

Question 3

How do I create an account?

Accepted Answer

Sign up with your email and password, or use Google sign-in. After verifying your email (if required), you can create or join leagues from the dashboard.

Question 4

Is Tribal Bracket affiliated with Survivor or CBS?

Accepted Answer

No. Tribal Bracket is a fan-made fantasy game and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to CBS, Survivor, or any related entities.

Question 5

How do I earn points?

Accepted Answer

You earn points by correctly predicting eliminations each week, having contestants in your Final 3 make it far in the game, and through various bonus events like challenge wins and finding immunity idols.

Question 6

When do I need to make my picks?

Accepted Answer

You can begin your league's draft at any point in the season (but we recommend starting before week 2). You will not receive points for episodes that air before your draft has completed. Weekly elimination picks must be made before each episode airs.

Question 7

Can I change my Final 3 during the season?

Accepted Answer

No, your Final 3 picks are locked once the season begins. Choose wisely! Weekly elimination predictions can be changed until the episode airs. If one of your drafted players is medically evacuated, you can choose a replacement avaialble player.

Question 8

What is the weekly "boot" pick?

Accepted Answer

Each week before the episode airs, you predict which contestant will have their torch snuffed next (or be medically evacuated). A correct boot pick earns 15 points.

Question 9

How many points is each event worth?

Accepted Answer

Correct boot picks are worth 15 points. Tribal immunity and making the jury are worth 5 points. Individual immunity, finding an idol, making the Final 3, and similar milestones are worth 10 points. If your Final 3 contestant finishes in the exact position you drafted them for (first, second, or third), you earn 15 bonus points when the season ends.

Question 10

What happens if someone in my Final 3 is medically evacuated?

Accepted Answer

If a contestant you drafted is medically evacuated, you get a one-time chance to replace that Final 3 slot with another available contestant. Regular eliminations do not open a replacement pick.

Question 11

How do leagues work?

Accepted Answer

You can create private leagues and invite friends using a unique code. You can join an unlimited number of leagues. Each league has its own standings.

Question 12

How many people can join a league?

Accepted Answer

Each league supports up to 12 members. Once a league is full, new players need an invite to another league or can start their own.

Question 13

Can I be in multiple leagues at once?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can join as many leagues as you like for the same season. Your draft picks and standings are tracked separately per league.

Question 14

How does the Final 3 draft work?

Accepted Answer

Before the season starts, the league commissioner sets draft order and starts the draft. Members take turns in a three-round snake draft to claim their Sole Survivor, Runner Up, and Third Place picks. Once the draft completes, those picks are locked for the season.

Question 15

Who runs the draft?

Accepted Answer

The league commissioner (who created the league) sets the draft order, can randomize it, and starts the draft when everyone is ready. Only the member whose turn it is can make a pick.

Question 16

Can I get notifications?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as push notifications on your phone or computer. We'll notify you when it's your turn in the draft, remind you Wednesday morning if you haven't made your boot pick, and let you know when points for an episode are posted. The points notification never shows scores or who went home, so it won't spoil the episode.

Notifications are push only, with no email or text. If you don't turn them on, you won't get any reminders, so be sure to check the app yourself.

Question 17

How do I install Tribal Bracket on my phone?

Accepted Answer

Tribal Bracket is a web app, so there's nothing to download from the App Store or Google Play.

iPhone or iPad (iOS 16.4 or later): open tribalbracket.com in Safari, tap the Share button, then tap "Add to Home Screen". Open Tribal Bracket from the new Home Screen icon.

Android (Chrome): open the site, tap the menu (three dots), then tap "Install app" or "Add to Home screen".

Computer (Chrome or Edge): click the install icon in the address bar. This is optional, because desktop browsers can receive notifications without installing.

Question 18

How do I turn on notifications?

Accepted Answer

1. Sign in and go to your Profile.
2. In the Notifications section, turn on the types you want. They all start off.
3. Choose Allow when your browser asks.

On iPhone and iPad this only works from the Home Screen app, not from a regular Safari tab. Repeat these steps on every device you want to be notified on.

Question 19

Can I choose which notifications I get?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Profile > Notifications has a toggle for each type: your draft turn, the Wednesday boot pick reminder, and points being posted. Your choices apply to all of your leagues.

Question 20

I'm not getting notifications. What should I check?

Accepted Answer

1. At least one notification type is turned on on the Profile page on this device.
2. Notifications for the site or app are allowed in your browser or device settings. If you previously tapped Block, you'll need to allow them there.
3. On iPhone or iPad, you're using the Home Screen app, not a Safari tab.
4. Focus or Do Not Disturb isn't silencing them.
5. If none of that helps, turn every type off and then back on to re-register the device.

Question 21

How do I turn notifications off?

Accepted Answer

Turn off the types you don't want on your Profile page. Turning them all off stops notifications on that device. You can also revoke permission in your browser or device settings.

Question 22

Can I use a different display name in each league?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can set a global display name on your profile and override it with a league-specific name so friends recognize you in each group.

Question 23

How do I reset my password?

Accepted Answer

Use the forgot-password link on the login page. We will email you a link to choose a new password.

Question 24

How do I get help or report a problem?

Accepted Answer

Email us at support@tribalbracket.com or use the Contact link in the footer. Include your league name and a short description of the issue so we can help quickly.
